Return Policy

To start a return or exchange, simply contact us for a return authorization — we'll make it easy for you.

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 DAYS of delivery. Items must be received in new, unused condition with original packaging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer hassle-free returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, just reach out to us and we'll generate a return authorization. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.

For exchanges: once your request is placed, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup and send your replacement within 2-3 working days. The new item will be re-delivered within 5-7 days.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days if the Return Refund is APPROVED by our team. If you haven't received your refund after 5-7 business days, please reach out at daglu.org@gmail.com or call us at +91-9725943083.

PLEASE NOTE

Returns cannot be processed if the item has been used, washed, or the tags have been removed. We want every DAGLU customer to be happy with their purchase — so please make sure you check the size guide before ordering. If you're ever unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'll help you find the right fit.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to halt the order. However, if the order has already been shipped, we won't be able to stop the package.
